This pretty little house is ideally located less than a kilometre from the shops and Vias beach, in a private, secure residence with a communal swimming pool.



Ground floor: Large, very bright living room with open-plan kitchen (fridge, small freezer, ceramic hob + extractor fan, oven, filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker (Senseo), microwave, dishwasher), dining table (4 chairs), opening onto a lounge with HDTV, sofa bed, direct access to the 35m2 terrace, separate WC.



First floor: One bedroom (double bed 140x200, wardrobe), one bedroom (two single beds 80x200, wardrobe and chest of drawers), one shower room (shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer). The windows are fitted with mosquito nets for added peace of mind.



Outside: lovely terrace with furniture (1 table, 6 chairs), charcoal barbecue, motorised awning, 2 deckchairs, 2 beach chairs.



The swimming pool is not heated and is open from early June to late September (10am to 8pm).



Also available: Wifi connection (fibre), washing machine, clothes line.



1 private parking space.

Pets are not allowed.



To be paid upon arrival:

Security deposit (EUR 500, bank imprint), tourist tax (according to current rates).

Utilities (water and electricity) are included in the rental price.

End-of-stay cleaning and household linen are also included.



The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
