A stone's throw from the beaches (Hossegor and Seignosse 10 minutes away), at the gateway to the Basque Country (Bayonne 25 minutes away), the new house is located on the edge of the village of Tosse, set back from the seasonal tumult.
Essential shops (bakery, butcher, delicatessen, grocery store, small supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy, health practices, restaurants) are within walking distance in 5 minutes.
From the accommodation, cycle paths also allow you to explore through the Landes forest to the beaches.

The house (with private parking) is located in a quiet development, consisting of 7 villas, sheltered from traffic.
On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilets, a fitted kitchen open to a living room dining room, and a relaxation area with library, office and television area. The whole opens onto a terrace not overlooked, with dining area, which can be protected from the sun or rain by an electric blind.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, a toilet and a shower room.
The first bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed, a large built-in closet with shelves and wardrobes. The second consists of two beds of 80 x 200 cm to be pushed together or not according to need and a small wardrobe. New bedding. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and two sinks.

From the terrace there is natural access to the private garden, partly shaded, which will allow you to enjoy the surrounding calm and the sweetness of the place.

This house is semi-detached on one side.
It has a garage converted into a storeroom (washing machine, dryer) in which you can nevertheless park your vehicle.
A parking space is dedicated to the house and the car park has a visitor space and a space for people with disabilities.
