This pretty authentic "Mas" (Provencal farmhouse) is located at 1.3 km from Eygalieres, a charming village at the foothill of the Alpilles. It has been restored to provide 21st century comfort while respecting its character. Its large garden offers a breathtaking view of the Alpilles to the south. To the east, the swimming pool and a view of the Old Village, to the rear, enough space for everyone to find quietness and privacy. Inside the "Mas", a large living-room, partly sitting-room with TV and fireplace, partly dining-room, a kitchen with its large dining area extended by a small living room with TV, a laundry, a double bedroom with en-suite shower-room, a family bedroom with bathroom across the corridor, a games/gym room with ping-pong table, spinning bike, a rowing machine, mats and weights, and a small veranda with sofa. Upstairs, the master bedroom with en suite shower-room, toilets, 2 double bedrooms, one with private terrace, a family shower-room. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The 15 x 7 m swimming-pool, heated on demand, is secured by fence and gates.
A large outdoor table is shaded by a pergola for al fresco dinners. Under the roofed terrace the other side of the pool, you will grill the local products from one of the typical markets.
1.4 hectare grounds. Boules court, olive grove, Mediterranean vegetation, automated gate at the entrance, parking on the west side of the house.
