Magnificent, tastefully renovated villa in the heights of Sainte-Maxime. Modern, uncluttered and with quality materials, you'll be won over!

Beautiful, bright villa for 6 people, fully air-conditioned.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms, two of which are equipped with chests of drawers and closets, and one with a large dressing room.
Each bedroom has outside access.

- 3 shower rooms with toilets, one with a bathtub.

- Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a beautiful view of the garden and swimming pool (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, small wine cellar...).

- Living/dining room with large sofa and TV overlooking terrace and garden.

- Laundry room with washing machine and iron.

- A dressing area

- Magnificent large garden where you can enjoy the sunshine, with a 5x10m swimming pool, plancha, two outdoor lounges, several deckchairs and a dining table.

The property includes 3 private parking spaces.

HOUSEHOLD CHARGES OF 250€ MANDATORY TO BE GIVEN ON ARRIVAL TO COLLECT THE KEYS TO THE ACCOMMODATION (these charges cover cleaning by a cleaning company as well as household linen (cleaned by a dry cleaner) so that you arrive in a clean and disinfected place).

Linen provided for the duration of your stay (no change during your stay unless reserved in advance at an additional cost):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 comforter cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath sheet per person
- 1 bath mat per shower room
- 2 tea towels

DURING YOUR STAY :
--> Notify us of any damage or breakage.
--> No overflow will be accepted. We ask you to respect the neighbors and the noise level in the evenings and mornings.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Please :
--> Empty all garbage cans before you leave.
--> Gather all sheets and towels in one place (returning them in a normal state of use).
--> Replace objects and furniture moved during your stay in their original place.
--> Clean and put away dishes and empty dishwashers.
--> Clean appliances (hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.).
--> Keep washrooms clean.
--> Throw away or take away any food that has been started.
If the accommodation is returned dirty, we will charge you the following fee: 250€ on departure in addition to the compulsory cleaning fee on arrival.

In the event of loss of keys and beep data, breakage of a key/beep or lock, the cost of changing the lock and duplicate keys will be charged to the traveler. Parties are not allowed in the accommodation, out of respect for the neighbors.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking indoors, but smoking is permitted in the garden, provided you dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtrays.
