INSIDE THE APARTMENT

The wide open floor plan features a practical arrangement of volumes, with a lounging space for relaxing, a dining area and the kitchen. Although this is a cozy 28m² studio, the natural flow from one area to the next won't make you feel cramped.

For maximum efficiency, the lounge area features a large convertible sofa with a mattress that has nothing to envy from traditional beds.

The kitchen, where everything is within easy reach, is well-equipped, including an oven, a dishwasher and even a sliding door to make it a separate area (useful when cooking fish...).

The shower room is roomy, with a marble theme, and features a large sink, a spacious shower, toilets and a towel dryer.

As an extension to the indoor living space, a bay window opens to the grand terrace where you can enjoy a full patio set as well as a dining table.

HOW TO GET THERE

The Cannes train station is only 5 minutes away on foot. The closest bus stop is also at the train station. The apartment is on the second floor of the building.

WHAT'S AROUND THE APARTMENT

Conveniently located in the center of Cannes, you will have easy and quick access on foot to many activities and shops for your daily needs. The famous and trendy Rue d'Antibes is only half a minute away.
The no-less famous Croisette seafront and the Palais des Festival are about 5 minutes away on foot.
For more points of interest, a 5-minute car ride will take you to the medieval Suquet district and the old part of town.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
