Discover this charming, high-end apartment with a terrace located in a residence with a swimming pool, just steps from Les Lecques beach. Linens and towels are optional and available upon request.

The accommodation:
The fully air-conditioned apartment is located on the top floor of a lovely new building with an elevator. The building is of a very high standard. The entrance opens directly onto a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the dining area and living room, which features a sofa and two armchairs for relaxing. A large southwest-facing terrace extends the space. We've created a cozy corner for enjoying a delicious aperitif.

The sleeping area features two bedrooms, each with a 160 x 190 cm double bed and several closets/storage cabinets. Finally, the spacious bathroom is equipped with a double sink, a shower, and a heated towel rail. The apartment meets PMR (reduced mobility) standards!

A bonus is access to the shared swimming pool between 9 [hidden] and 8 [hidden] (please note: capacity limited to 10 people) and a gate directly overlooking the Promenade Rose and Les Lecques Beach.

Parking:
Two underground parking spaces are available.

Amenities:
Air conditioning; internet; television; washing machine; dishwasher; oven; microwave; toaster; Nespresso coffee machine; kettle; two queen-size beds; vacuum cleaner; sufficient crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils for the indicated sleeping capacity.

Surroundings:
Les Lecques Beach is a large, fine-sand family beach. Walk along the promenade to discover its sublime stretch of sand, nearly 2 km long, and its postcard-perfect view. You can also enjoy restaurants and shops. The bathing establishments on Les Lecques Beach are also open from April to October. Water sports available in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, and jet skiing.

Bed linen and towels:
Optional upon request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a towel kit (one large and one small per person).
Blankets are available if needed (ideal in the off-season).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be required at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
