Welcome to my studio!
Located on the 1st floor with lift access, this modern and tastefully furnished 33 m² studio apartment is close to Paris' main attractions, such as the Sacré-Cœur Basilica!
This studio is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining table for four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a stove and a microwave. The studio also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The sleeping area has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
Please note that the building and common areas will be renovated for approximately two months, starting mid-February. The scaffolding will be secured with an alarm, and the construction work will be on hold on Saturdays and Sundays.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the right bank of Paris, in the heights of the city, a little out of the crowds, the 18th arrondissement is a vast, authentic district full of charm, with, in places, an authentic village atmosphere. One of the most charming districts of Paris, Montmartre is the unmissable district of the 18th arrondissement. Start your visit with the Place des Abbesses, in the middle of which stands a magnificent children's carousel. Stroll in the Jehan Rictus square, where you will find the Wall of I Love You, a work that compiles hundreds of "I Love You" written in 300 languages and dialects.
As you climb the hill of Montmartre, admire the famous Moulin de la Galette, the Place du Tertre, a landmark of Parisian artists, but also all the cobbled streets, pretty houses and small hidden green spaces that make up the charm of Montmartre. Finally, head towards the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, with its dome and mosaic, the largest in France, to enjoy one of the best panoramas of Paris. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
