INSIDE THE APARTMENT
The main living area, offering bright natural light, is divided in three functional spaces:
- An open-floor well-equipped kitchen
- A dining area
- A comfy/cozy lounge area with a Smart TV
This main living room has direct access to the terrace where you will find an outdoor patio lounge set and a dining table as well. As a bonus, you will be able to deploy the powered awning in case you need some shade to stay cool while enjoying the outdoors.
This apartment has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed (160cm), built-in closets and flat-screen TV.
One of the bedroom also has an office space, just in case you need to do some work away from home.
A shower room with toilets completes the floor plan.
A LITTLE BIT OF GEOGRAPHY
Secluded from the hustle-bustle of the downtown area, you will still be within short distances from the following points of interest:
- 2 minutes from a grocery store, for your daily food and supplies needs.
- 6 minutes from the Midi beaches, for your daily need of sun & surf.
- 6 minutes from the medieval Suquet district, for your daily needs of culture (the artists alleys), history (the old fort), and panoramic views of the city and the bay.
- 15 minutes from the Palais des Festivals, for your daily need of feeling like a celebrity (or of work if you are here for a convention).
You will also be within easy access to the main coastal highway (A1), avoiding the usually congested areas around the center of Cannes.
GOOD TO KNOW, BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER
Parking is free and on the private property grounds, for all the residents.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
