Situated approximately 800 metres from the southern beaches, it allows easy access to the ocean while remaining close to shops located about 700 metres away. The Lacanau Lake is 5 kilometres away, offering a wide range of water sports and leisure activities in nature. The house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children, in a calm and pleasant environment.



The villa offers comfortable and well-arranged living spaces. The living room, spacious and friendly, is fitted with a dining area, armchairs, a sideboard and a television, creating a warm atmosphere to gather after a day at the beach. The independent kitchen, fully equipped, allows for preparing meals independently thanks to complete equipment and numerous storage spaces.



The night space consists of four well-distributed bedrooms, offering an ideal accommodation capacity for large families or stays with friends. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a double sink, while the toilet is independent for added comfort. A cellar in the basement with a washing machine completes the facilities and facilitates the organisation of extended stays.



Outside, the fully enclosed garden of approximately 480 m² is a true relaxation space. It is equipped with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and long summer evenings.
