In the commune of Lumio, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 57 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea view, Sant Ambroggio harbor beach approx. 1km away, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the first floor of a villa with 4 apartments, it comprises a 28 m² living room with open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 16 m² garden. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- Open kitchen with fridge, freezer, conventional oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster...

- Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- The main room opens onto an east-facing 14 m² balcony with sea view.
- The 16 m² enclosed, non-shared garden below the balcony is fully equipped with a 28 m² wooden terrace including garden furniture.
- An enclosed, non-shared garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Lumio, in very pleasant surroundings. The port of Sant Ambroggio has a bakery and a convenience store during the summer period and school vacations.

Activities :
- The beach and marina are about 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.
- Visit Calvi, Ile Rousse, Saint Florent, the musical village of Pigna...
- Boat hire, diving, fishing, walks, mountain hiking, visits to typical villages, Bonifatu forest...
- Events : Calvi on the rocks (late June/early July), Corsican polyphonic singing in Calvi and Pigna...
- Calvi has a tourist office that lists the main tourist events every year.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor parking lot for one car.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Calvi, about 20 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine, about 18 minutes by car.
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
