The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming flat with mountain view for rent in La Giettaz, located in the "Portes de Mont-Blanc" ski area, which includes La Giettaz, Combloux, Mégève and Le Jaillet, and close to the Les Saisies ski resort. This 23 m² flat can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good bedroom and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining table...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron.

Outside:
- A 7 m² balcony to make the most of sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in La Giettaz, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Activities :
- During the winter period: downhill skiing, ski touring, sledging, cross-country skiing at Praz sur Arly, snowshoeing
- During the summer: several hiking trails, mountain biking, road biking, fishing, nearby lake.
- The ski slopes are accessible by shuttle bus or car
- Dog sled rides

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence's private car park.

- Nearest train station: Annecy station, about 59 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Annecy Mont-Blanc airport, about 55 minutes by car
