It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. With your own terrace you can easily relax in private with the stunning view facing the mountains, but you can also choose to take a nice swim in the community [hidden] apartment has a spacious open kitchen, fully equipped and connected with the living room. The living room has flatscreen TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table and access directly to the terrace. The bedrooms are bright and with an elegant style. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the master bedroom has a bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds. This property is located in Los Jardines de Andalucia in the lower part of Nueva Andalucía where you easy walk to everything around restaurants, shops, pharmacy. Puerto Banus centre and its beach is only 15 min walk away. You will also have close to activities in the area like tennis, paddle, sports gym.

Pool: Seasonal opening for the pool area is from 15th of may to first of october. Opening hours for the pool area in this community is between 10:00-20:00.

Check-in after 21.00 has an additional fee off 100 euro.
