"Le Refuge du Balcon" welcomes you for your mountain holidays in the Vercors with family or friends, whatever the season.

Le Refuge du Balcon", a 4-star furnished holiday home with south-west exposure and mountain views, was completely renovated in 2023, with a focus on sobriety (local materials, reuse, reinforced insulation...). Charm and a cocooning atmosphere are guaranteed with custom-designed furniture and fittings and a decor including fabrics and objects from different continents.

The apartment comprises:
- A dining room and fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven with rotisserie, microwave grill, dishwasher, raclette machine, fondue machine, multi-crêpe machine, blender, filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle...)
- A living room with TV and SFR box (160 channels), . and 2 benches
- 2 double bedrooms with shelves, closets and storage space under the 140 x 190 beds.
- 2 sleeping areas, each with a mezzanine with storage space above and below, and a bed (140cm beds above, 90cm beds below).
- 1 first bathroom (washbasin, walk-in shower) with WC
- 1 second identical bathroom without toilet
- 1 separate WC
- Washing machine - Iron and ironing board on request
- Baby kit: booster seat, bathtub, cot
- Wifi (fiber optic)
- Table, garden chairs and deckchair (to be returned inside after use)
- Several storage spaces. Possibility of storing equipment (ski, bike, paraglider...) in a secure cellar.

Condominium facilities: children's playground, fitness equipment, pétanque courts, ping-pong tables, barbecue area. Local shops including restaurants, bars, bakery, grocery store, sports equipment rental.

Tourist tax: 1.30€/ adult/ night.

The apartment is just 50 m from the ski lifts that provide access to 125 km of downhill ski slopes in winter. In summer, the ski lifts provide access to downhill mountain bike trails, paragliding and hiking. Hiking and mountain bike trails for all levels. Ibex at the foot of the Grande Mouchecherolle summit in summer!

In the village center, 4 km away and accessible by free shuttle bus (winter and summer) or footpath/ mountain bike, you'll find a cinema, ice rink, wave pool, bowling alley, casino and many other services and shops.
