It offers an ideal setting to discover the great beaches of Grande-Motte and enjoy beautiful peaceful walks, offering breathtaking sunsets. Relax in the beautiful garden or dive into the refreshing pool. The outdoor facilities are at your disposal for unforgettable moments, including sun loungers, a table and chairs for your outdoor meals and moments of conviviality, a sun terrace, and a charcoal barbecue for memorable grills.Inside, this villa has a spacious living area with three beautiful bedrooms on the ground floor (all air-conditioned) and a fourth upstairs (also air-conditioned), accompanied by a mezzanine equipped with a sofa bed. A veranda with bright billiards all year round adds a sunny touch to the entrance. The well-equipped kitchen will meet all your needs, with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, gas hobs, a coffee machine "Nespresso Magimix", a classic coffee maker, as well as a kettle and all the necessary cooking equipment. You will also have access to a laundry room with a washing machine. On the ground floor you will find three spacious bedrooms, comprising 1 double bed in 160. The other two rooms have a double bed in 140, as well as two single beds in 90. There is also a bathroom and separate toilet, as well as an office area with plenty of storage. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed in 140 and a mezzanine with a convertible sofa bed.The air-conditioned living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and internet connection for your entertainment. The bright dining room offers a table for four people and direct access to the outside. Enjoy this outdoor area including the garden and pool (dimensions of the pool: 8m x 4m), a perfect place to relax after your days at the beach, in a green setting. For parking, you can park your car in front of the house or in a closed garage, thus providing peace of mind for your travel.Please note that the rate does not include household linen, toilet towels or end of stay cleaning. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. A deposit of 500€ for the cleaning and 2000€ for the villa will be requested upon arrival (sums not collected or debited, as a guarantee).You can enjoy a wide range of water sports, such as wake board, windsurfing and water skiing, just 2 steps from the villa. Within 5 minutes, golf enthusiasts can enjoy the golf course with 2 18-hole courses and 1 6-hole course, for which you will receive 20% discount on green fees on presentation of your rental contract. In addition, you will find local shops, restaurants and bars in the port area.
