It features a lovely 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 1,100 m² garden. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 70 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

Level -1 :
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC and access to the terrace
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with sea view and access to terrace
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with sea view and access to terrace
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Level -2 :
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) with sea view and access to terrace

- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A large 25 m² terrace on the first floor, facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A lovely 1,100 m² garden, enclosed at the front, with deckchairs.

The house is ideally located in Coti-Chiavari, in very pleasant surroundings, close to the sea and the maquis. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.

- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte 38 km (approx. 45 min. by car)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
