The location of this duplex is a real plus: it is in a quiet residential area, itself located in the heart of the village of Canon (Lège Cap Ferret) and less than 50 meters from the beach of the Bassin d'Arcachon.
Everything is done on foot, or by bike.
Ideal for 4 to 5 people on holiday.
The collective pool is large, secure (unheated), open from mid-June to mid-September.
