The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and all the daily necessities.

The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Air conditioning, WiFi, and television are at your disposal. Additionally, options such as breakfast at home, baby bed rental, and high chairs are available, ensuring a stay that meets all your needs.

Located in a quiet street of a district that is both dynamic and full of history, the apartment is the perfect starting point to discover Bordeaux. The proximity of tram lines makes it easy to move around the city, allowing you to easily access its museums, theaters, restaurants, and shops.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

BREAKFAST

We offer a breakfast delivery service during your stay. Menus, details and prices will be available in the flat, and you can also ask your concierge for more information.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD

From Mérignac Airport :
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop and walk 8 minutes

From the Gare St Jean :
Take tram line C or D from Gare St Jean to Quinconces and walk 5 minutes

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public parking "Centre Commercial Mériadeck" is located 500 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is 19€ for half a day.
