The accommodation:
For your vacation, we offer this 65 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent, located just steps from Les Lecques beach.

The apartment is very bright and features an entrance hall opening onto a large living room, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a double terrace: one overlooking the living room (approximately 6 m²) and the other, approximately 5 m², overlooking the kitchen. A perfect place to enjoy the sun, the warmth of the south, and long meals with family or friends in complete tranquility.

The sleeping area includes a 13 m² bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom (approximately 12 m²) with two single beds and a closet for storing your belongings.

The property features a bathroom with plenty of storage space and a single sink vanity. The toilet is separate.

Parking:
Free parking spaces are available in the residence.

Amenities:
Air conditioning; Wi-Fi; washing machine; dishwasher; refrigerator; freezer; stovetop; extractor fan; coffee maker; kettle; toaster; oven; microwave; double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm); vacuum cleaner; dishes, cutlery, and sufficient kitchen utensils for the indicated sleeping capacity.

The Domino residence is quiet and secure, close to all amenities, and parking is very easy.

Location:
Les Lecques Beach is a large, fine-sand family beach. Walk along the promenade to discover its sublime stretch of sand, nearly 2 km long, and its picture-postcard views. You can also enjoy restaurants and shops. The bathing establishments on Les Lecques beach are also open from April to October. Water sports are available in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, and jet skiing.

Sheets and towels:
Optional and upon request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a towel kit (one large and one small per person).
Blankets are provided if needed (ideal in the off-season).

Housekeeping:
Housekeeping is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Pets:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint via Swikly or by credit card will be required at the agency reception. The amount is equal to one week's rental in high season.

Optional cancellation insurance via ADAR CANCELLATION

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- Double bed linen: €40.
- Bath towels (1 large + 1 small): €60.
