Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 33 m² mezzanine studio apartment in Les Angles, overlooking the lake and mountains, with a ski resort within walking distance (600 m). It can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 15 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a 12 m² garden.

The studio is composed as follows
- 15 m² living room with sofa bed (single), TV, wood-burning stove (wood not supplied), dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- Separate WC
- On the mezzanine (accessible by stairs) a double bed (140×190), a queen-size bed (160×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.

Exterior :
- 3 m² private balcony
- A 12 m² garden shared with two neighbors, with furniture for enjoying fine weather.

The studio is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very quiet environment. Free shuttle bus at the foot of the residence. All shops are within walking distance: grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, butcher's shop, bakery, sports store...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the studio's private parking lot (space not allocated).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse station, approx. 15 km away.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, approx. 96 km away.
- A shuttle bus is available at the foot of the residence to access the ski lifts.

Other remarks :
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- The wood-burning stove is functional; wood is not supplied, but can be purchased from the village store.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge payable to our local service provider, at a cost of €70).
