With direct access to Les Lecques beach, we offer this approximately 45 m² (480 sq ft) one-bedroom apartment with a parking space in the building. Bed linen and towels are optional.

The apartment is located on Allée des Peupliers, one of the closest alleys to the beaches of Saint Cyr-sur-Mer (Les Lecques).

It features an entrance hall leading to a living/dining room, an open-plan kitchen, and a large 17 m² (180 sq ft) covered terrace for your summer meals.

The sleeping area features a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm (55 x 75 in) double bed.

You will find a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower, single sink, and heated towel rail.

Parking:
There are plenty of free parking spaces in the building.

Amenities:
Dishwasher / Washing machine / Fan / Television / Oven / Microwave / Toaster / Kettle / Filter coffee machine / Sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils for 2 to 4 people.

Surroundings:
A few meters from the residence, you will find the market and the beautiful fine sandy beach of Les Lecques, as well as Avenue du Port, where you will find a bakery, the tourist office, restaurants, and summer entertainment.

Bed linen and towels:
Optional and upon request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small towel per person).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Pets:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be required at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
