This large bourgeois house, steeped in history, will charm you with its spaciousness, stained glass windows and period decor.

Once past the large entrance hall, you'll find on the first floor a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher and ceramic hob), a large dining room, a large living room with a view of St Paul's Church, and a small sitting room where you can relax and read or watch TV. 1 separate toilet on the ground floor.

You'll also have access to a small 40 m2 garden, where you can take advantage of fine weather and enjoy an aperitif in summer.

A beautiful wooden staircase leads from the entrance hall to the second floor. Here you'll find :
- Two large interconnecting master bedrooms (with a double bed and a king-size bed). ATTENTION: the door separating the two bedrooms is transparent.
- A 3rd bedroom with exotic decor and queen-size bed.
- A bathroom with old-fashioned washbasin and bathtub-shower that will take you back in time. WC

Take the stairs again to reach the second floor. Here you'll find :

- You will be provided with a set of keys.
- Access to the accommodation is from 5 p.m. onwards;
- Keys can be collected from a key box in the building;
