This charming villa features a living and dining room with an indoor table and 10 chairs.
The fully-equipped open kitchen will enable you to prepare delicious dishes to be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors.

Equipped with 4 master suites ranging in size from 12 to 20 m², each with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and private bathroom, this home offers exceptional comfort and privacy.
The 4 en-suite bathrooms have bathtubs or showers.
A 5th bedroom (10 m²), more suitable for children, also has a Queen Size bed.

You can also take advantage of the villa's exterior, with its 6,000 m² of fenced-in wooded grounds.
Here you'll find a number of outdoor games (table tennis, table soccer, darts, petanque balls, badminton net) and a small set of garden furniture with 1 table and 4 chairs.
Last but not least, you'll enjoy the covered outdoor terrace with its large garden furniture and 10 outdoor chairs, and a breathtaking view of the Luberon; the 4x8-meter swimming pool with salt filtration for your comfort, which is kind to your skin and allergy-free, and its deckchairs; and a pool house with poolside lounge.
You'll also have at your disposal a bread oven, a gas plancha and a barbecue with its utensils for excellent grilling under the Provence sun!

## Neighborhood

The villa is located in the heart of the countryside with a postcard view of the Luberon massif.
Just 5 minutes by car from the village of Lagnes and 10 minutes from l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, you'll be close to the Coustellet farmers' market, museums, Luberon and Ventoux wine cellars, as well as the various Provencal sites and villages to visit: just 15 min from the famous hilltop village of Gordes, classified as the most beautiful village in the world, 20 min from Roussillon, 35 min from Fontaine de Vaucluse and 50 min from Les Baux de Provence, classified as the most beautiful village in France!
And while you're in the heart of the Luberon, you're also only 1 hour's drive from the sea.

## Transit

To enjoy the region to the full, we recommend you have a car. Alternatively, there's a cycle route close to the villa.

## Notes

The villa has a large, fully fenced private courtyard.
A free, private, sheltered parking area for up to 3 cars awaits you inside the property.
After making your reservation, you will be offered cancellation insurance. If you take out this insurance, you will be reimbursed for cancellation fees should you unfortunately have to cancel.
This option is, of course, optional.
