Magnificent townhouse located in a beautiful area close to the sea in Miami-Playa. The entire property is spread over three floors. On the main floor, there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and a living-dining room with access to a lovely covered porch and a private garden with a barbecue. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with a double bed, and the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub. The top floor has two single beds and access to a terrace with panoramic views. There is a communal swimming pool and free street parking. Bed linen and towels are NOT included in the price. Tourist tax is payable on arrival.
