Villa Talia is a fantastic holiday villa with a private 40 m² pool, just 2 km from Playa Canyelles and 4 km from the center of Lloret de Mar. Villa Talia consists of 3 floors connected by internal stairs and features large terraces to enjoy the incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. The ground floor, with access to the outdoor pool area and garage, includes: * Dining area and fully equipped kitchen * 3 bedrooms * 2 bathrooms All rooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning! On the first floor, you will find: * A fully equipped independent kitchen * Living and dining area * 1 bathroom with shower * 1 guest toilet From the first floor, there is access to the studio with a separate entrance, featuring 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and 1 bathroom with a shower. On the second floor, you will find: * 3 bedrooms * 2 bathrooms From the magnificent 60 m² terrace on the second floor, you can enjoy both the sea views and the peaceful mountains surrounding the Serra Brava urbanization. At the back of the house, there is a porch with a fully covered stone barbecue and outdoor aluminum tables and chairs for 18 people. No groups of young people allowed!!! No pets allowed!!! Average age over 27 years old!! Lloret de Mar is located in the southern part of Costa Brava, 60 km from Barcelona. Its municipal area covers 47 km² and has five main beaches with a total of 7 km of coastline. The EU has awarded its beaches the Blue Flag, which guarantees optimal quality and services for both water and sand. Lloret is considered one of the towns with the most sports facilities and a commercial, recreational, and gastronomic offering that, together with its hotel infrastructure, apartments, and houses, ranks first in number, variety, and quality among all tourist areas in the country.
