This villa, which benefits from a spacious outdoor area with a garden and pool, all enclosed for your safety and with no direct neighbors, offers privacy and tranquility with a sea view. The possibility to park several vehicles within the villa's grounds.

Inside, a living/dining room opens onto the south-facing terrace, overlooking the pool and its garden with pine and oak trees, offering a panoramic view of the sea, Porquerolles Island, and the Gulf of Giens. A fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) providing access to a laundry room with a washing machine and various appliances (electric griddle, soda-stream, sandwich maker, vacuum cleaner, iron). Two bedrooms on the same level, each with two twin beds (90*200cm), closets, and fans. A bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a third bedroom with a double bed (140*200cm), closet, and fan, access to a terrace with a view of the garden, pool, and sea. A shower room with toilet.

To be paid on-site: Security deposit €1,200 (by credit card, not charged), tourist tax (according to the current rate), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €140.
