GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is within 30 minutes on foot from the train station, 7 minutes by car or 14 minutes by bus.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Located in the heart of the Palm Beach district, the neighborhood will offer you a quaint “village” atmosphere, just as everyone likes them…

Within a 5-minute walk radius, you can find all shops: supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, hairdresser...

Do you want to go to the center of Cannes? Head to the famous Croisette and go to the Palais des Festivals within a 20-minute walk, surrounded by the sea and luxury boutiques, or take public transportation, thanks to the bus stops located a few steps from the apartment.

The Palais des Festivals is 20 minute away on foot.

Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
