Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. Accommodation: A major project is currently underway at the Orres 1800 (on the former Terre Rouge public parking lot).This work, independent of our will and likely to impact this housing, could generate noise (daytime) and visual nuisances (with the presence of cranes).Located in the heart of the resort, this T2 of about 35 m2, completely renovated in the autumn of 2020, offers an optimal comfort and a direct proximity to the slopes and ski lifts at 50 meters, you will be a few steps from the departures snowshoeing, skiing and mountain biking.The accommodation is located on the main square of the Orres 1800, in the building "Les Silènes" of the residence of the Hauts de Préclaux, where you can find several shops (superette, bar, restaurant, fine grocery store, automatic laundry).On the kitchen side you will have a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to make good dishes.For the living room, a fully equipped living room with a convertible meridian sofa, a connected TV and an electric fireplace for family moments around the fire.For sleeping, the apartment consists of a double bedroom with a 140 bed and a mountain area with 3 bunk beds.The bathroom has a bathtub for a relaxing moment.The apartment also has a balcony to enjoy the view, breakfast or an aperitif with friends.Guests can also enjoy a private ski box to store all your equipment.In addition, you will have access to the wellness area or you will find the heated outdoor pool, sauna cabins and fitness area of the residence (open during the summer and winter seasons).
