During winter, the chalet's proximity to the Flégère and Brévent ski areas proves to be a significant asset, along with easy access to cross-country ski trails that can be reached directly from the chalet.

Accommodation:

Nestled in the heart of Les Praz de Chamonix, our splendid chalet boasts a contemporary wooden style that exudes brightness, meticulous attention to detail, and top-notch amenities.



Constructed in 2018 on a spacious 1400m2 plot, the chalet offers a delightful garden with terraces, affording exceptional views of Mont Blanc. Its exclusive location guarantees a memorable and peaceful stay, be it winter or summer.



The chalet comprises three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200), the second bedroom offers a king-size bed (or two 90x190 beds), and the third bedroom provides a queen-size bed (160x200) or two 80x200 beds. Each room is accompanied by a private bathroom.



We kindly inform you that the usage of the fireplace is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the complete retention of the security deposit.



In the basement, a cozy "home cinema" room awaits those seeking entertainment through films or television.



You will have exclusive access to the entire chalet and are free to utilize all the amenities it offers. The chalet is equipped with internet access, a television, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a raclette machine, a washing machine, and even a trampoline. Additionally, the chalet provides childcare equipment such as a baby bed, a booster seat, a bath, and a changing table.



It is imperative that the chalet be returned in its original state, as it was upon your arrival. Any additional cleaning expenses will be charged if the chalet is returned in a soiled condition
