Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the apartment is fully equipped and has :
- two bedrooms with 2 double beds ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a garden and balcony equipped with tables and chairs with a superb sea view ;
- and a lounge area with a dining area.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: parking, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, washing machine, fridge, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

One of the apartment's strengths is its location. It's a 6-minute drive from the city center, close to beaches, bars, restaurants and shops.
For everyday shopping, there's a "Carrefour City" supermarket just a 13-minute walk away.

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see places for which the town is famous, such as :

## Emplacement
Located on the Côte d'Azur between Nice and Cannes, the old town of Antibes borders the Grande Bleue and rivals any other in terms of color. These are particularly sublime in the free commune of Safranier: cream-colored facades are bordered by lush vegetation in a vast palette of pinks, yellows, greens, reds, violets... This part of old Antibes, surrounded by ramparts, offers great prospects for strolling between the quiet, shady streets, studded with Provencal shutters.
