The house is located in a dead end close to Cabo de la Nao on the first line of the sea. The house was completely renovated in 2024 inside and out and is fully equipped. All rooms have a sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped (American fridge, large cooker, dishwasher, citrus press, juicer, steam cooker, efficient oven with low-temperature cooking, washing machine, dryer,...). The bedrooms are all with sea views and have balconies and one a terrace. Air conditioning in all rooms, indoor parking for 3 cars, 1 boat or jetski equipped with a charging station for electric or hybrid vehicles.
