In Bettex (commune of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains), we offer this charming 120 m² house with mountain views and ski resort 800 m away, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 40 m² living room with sofa, fireplace (wood provided) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Garden level:
- Bedroom 1: single bed, double bed (140×190) and bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bathtub

1st floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- Each floor has a balcony with a view of Mont Blanc.
- A lovely 1,000 m² private, unenclosed garden to enjoy on sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
- By car : you can park directly in the house's private driveway, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
- Nearest train station: Saint Gervais - Le Fayet 11 km (approx. 18 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Geneva 90 km (approx. 1h05 by car)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.

- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Shuttle bus to ski resort 100 m from accommodation.
