This charming new 130 m² house, built in 2020, is located 400 m from the beach and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 250 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Master suite: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and dressing room.
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) and bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC

Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

- A beautiful 250 m² garden, private and fully enclosed

The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in the Rothéneuf district, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars are just 250 m away.
The historic centre of St Malo is easily accessible: 15 minutes by bike, 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus (bus stop 150m from the house).
