In Saint-Malo, we offer you this charming 45 m² apartment, 300m from Rochebonne beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 150 m² shared garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 20 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms: one with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and one with 2 single beds (90x200).

You can enjoy a shared garden with furniture, plancha, beach shower and a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
