Villa Simone: Very beautiful new villa fully air-conditioned with heated swimming pool, able to accommodate up to eight people. Located in a residential area only 500 metres from the beaches, it offers numerous quality facilities and modern, comfortable furniture. Bed and toilet linen is provided, and a baby kit with cot and high chair is available.



The beach of the Ocean is located 500 metres away, shops are 700 metres away, and Lake Lacanau is 5 km away.



The bright living area includes a lounge area with two sofas and a coffee table, as well as a dining space with a table, chairs and bench. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a wine cellar, sink, induction hob with integrated hood, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes this space. Independent toilets are also available.



Upstairs, the first bedroom has a double bed in 160 cm, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower and washbasin. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds in 90 cm and a wardrobe, while a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet also serves the floor. The third bedroom, overlooking the balcony, is equipped with a double bed in 160 cm. The fourth bedroom, also with a balcony, offers a double bed in 160 cm, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower and washbasin.



Outside, the villa features a covered terrace with a dining area, garden furniture, and sun loungers. The 3 x 6 metre swimming pool offers a perfect setting for relaxation. It is heated when the outside temperature reaches at least 20°C. An outdoor kitchen with sink, hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and barbecue allows for fully enjoying meals outdoors. The garden is completely enclosed, ensuring peace and security.
