This pretty, brightly-coloured house welcomes you to a private estate with swimming pool, in a quiet, sought-after area of Valescure, with views of the Esterel massif and golf course. Tastefully furnished and decorated with comfort in mind, it comprises a beautiful living room with a dining area for 6 people, a relaxation area with sofa armchairs and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.) and utility room. On the same level, part of the living room can be completely closed off to become a beautiful bedroom with a wardrobe bed (with a real 160x200 mattress) and en-suite shower room with washbasin and walk-in shower (the living room and bedroom are air-conditioned). Both this bedroom and the living room have access to the lovely sunny terrace in front of the house, with its bucolic views over the golf course and the Esterel mountains in the background. A guest WC completes this level.
Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 160x200 double bed, one with an en suite bathroom, the other with a shower room, and a WC on the landing.
Outside, you'll enjoy the tranquillity and relaxing views of the forest, golf course and mountains. A small, beautifully landscaped garden invites you to relax, and the lovely shaded terrace (electric awning) promises good times around the table.

The residence offers free access to the swimming pool and parking for two cars. The garage in the house can also accommodate bicycles (but not cars). From the house you can drive to the shops in 5 minutes, and to the town centre and beaches in no more than 10 minutes.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).
