Last week available from 4/5 or 6 of Feb for 7 nights min stay. Cheaper airfares & less crowed pistes on the Saturday. Located in a 6-flat residence with a gorgeous view on the mountains. 300m from the free shuttle or 15min walk to the lively village centre and ski lifts that will take you up to Morzine-Les Gets or Super Morzine- Avoriaz. (Portes du Soleil).

Relax after skiing with a sauna session.

Rarely rented, as this is our secondary residence, you will find all the comforts of your own home with much attention to detail. A fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed for fondue, raclette and pierrade (grilled meats on a stone) and stocked with spices. A comfy lounge area with a wood stove, games for kids and adults, what you need to listen to music, watch a film, and connect to internet. Beds made, towels, end of stay clean included.

A concierge service is at your disposal through our partners for any help, shopping, ski hire, ski passes, babysitting etc. (Total Chalet Services)

Details – rental for 4-8 people.

1 bedroom with double bed and balcony.
1 bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower and sink.
1 low mezzanine with a double bed one end and two singles on the other, separated by a TV lounge area for kids. 1m50 at the highest. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility and very small children. Access is via a ladder.
1 bathroom with infrared sauna and step-in shower.
1 toilet
Lounge with sofa, TV, Playstation, wood stove.
Dining area with table for 8.
Kitchen with fridge/ oven/ microwave/ dishwasher/ washing machine/ coffee machine -Nespresso/ smoothie machine/ hand held mixer/ all you need to cook with and serve / fondue, raclette, meat grilling machines/ spices.
Balcony with a view over the mountains couch area and table & 4 chairs.
Garage for 1 car with ski room and stack of wood for the stove. Additional car parking available outside on the side of the building.
On request: wooden baby bed & mattress, high chair, baby bath.

No parties. Please be respectful of the other residents in the building.

End of stay requirements:
- Dishwasher should be started but maybe not finished or emptied
- Washing up can be left on the draining board drying but not dirty
- Only rubbish that is in the main bin to be left - extra recycling, trash, bags or boxes should be removed by guests
- Saucepans and pots should be empty and clean
- All rubbish removed from bathrooms
- Strip beds

If any of the requiremenst above were not met – additional cleaning charges will apply and be deducted from the deposit.
