IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Facade renovation work is scheduled to begin in September 2026 and will last for at least three months. Scaffolding will be erected. Depending on the progress of the work, noise and visual disturbances may occur.



JACARANDA is a flat in the centre of Nice, ideal for a stay with family or friends thanks to its two bedrooms and two bathrooms.



Discover its beautiful living room which enjoys plenty of afternoon light and opening onto a balcony, where you'll appreciate the equipped kitchen, living room with television and dining area. The flat is on the 3rd floor without elevator, fully air-conditioned and benefits from a wifi internet connection.
