Villa Trois Lauriers is a contemporary 5-star property for eight guests, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The location really couldn't be much better - just a walk from the banks of Lake Annecy and the charming village of Talloires, the Roc de Chere nature reserve and the Lake Annecy golf course. The medieval town of Annecy itself is just 11km away - a quick car journey and a very scenic bike ride.

And you're also close to the mountain resorts of La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and Manigod - summer or winter there's a great choice of sports and activities that will keep you busy.

The property itself is both practical and beautiful. Three double bedrooms, two of which are en suite, and a wonderful bunk room for children with books, games, a TV and table football.

The open-plan living area has a wood-burning stove to keep you cosy in winter but in the summer you'll want to open the doors to the sunny terrace and the beautiful outdoor pool.

WIFI, cleaning, towels & linen included.

IMPORTANT: the pool is available from May 1 to October 15. However, should you book a week in early May or late October, we strongly advise you to contact us to check the pool availability for your dates.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
