"Le Clos de l'Abba" is a charming building dating back several centuries, tastefully restored and classified as a 4-star tourist residence.
You are at the foot of Gordes (5 km from the village), in the agricultural plain among the fields. Facing the Petit Luberon, you can relax, swim, or walk in the countryside where many beautiful villages lie nearby.
The house is ideally located to discover this magical Provence where light reigns and nature is generous and beautiful.
It is 5 minutes from the amenities of the village of Coustellet (supermarkets, small shops, a producers' market, restaurants...).

The property opens onto a lovely fully paved courtyard framed by old stone walls, with a centennial olive tree at its center. A pergola covered in wisteria shelters a large family teak table, and a fountain completes this bucolic setting.

At the back of the garden, separated by a child-safe barrier, is the pool (8 x 4 m) surrounded by shrubs, roses and a magnificent almond tree.
A garden lounge beneath a shaded shelter lets you enjoy long summer evenings. Sun loungers and foutas are provided for relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun.
There are 4 bedrooms, two single (90 cm) beds for children, and a large living room. A TV room is equipped with a large (65-inch) screen and a DVD/Blu-ray player.
Internet is provided by fiber and Wi‑Fi is available throughout the house.
Music is played through Sonos speakers and HomePods, to which you can stream your content.
There are 2 separate toilets, 2 bathrooms with tiled walk‑in showers, and a toilet area (WC) in one of the bedrooms.

The interior of the house is spacious (240 m²), comfortable and warm. The furnishings mix contemporary pieces, antiques and Indonesian items.
The entrance is through the kitchen (an essential in Provence), fully renovated, both modern and functional (very well equipped), which will delight cooking enthusiasts. The spirit of the old house is preserved with Provençal ceilings and original terracotta tiles on the floor.
The dining table seats eight guests, and reversible air conditioning ensures great comfort in both winter and summer.
A corridor leads to a utility room with a WC, a shower room with an Italian shower and a basin, and at the back the laundry area is equipped with a large sink, a washing machine and a dryer.
Access to the upper floor is via a limestone staircase. The first bedroom offers a beautiful view of the Luberon and the garden; it is furnished with a 160 cm bed (ideal for people with sensitive backs), a wardrobe and two armchairs.
Further along the stone‑floored corridor is a second bedroom, also with a 160 cm bed, a wardrobe and a small antique washstand.
Opposite is a bright and very spacious bathroom with an Italian shower, a long stone double basin and a large rectangular mirror.
At the end of the corridor you enter a large living room decorated in an African style, with two comfortable sofas facing each other across a coffee table. In the center of the room a limestone fireplace insert links to a more rustic area with antique furniture and a games table.
At the rear of the room is a cozy TV corner with a sofa, a large screen TV, a coffee table and a small round antique table that can be used for games (such as chess) or writing.
All interior doors are oak and the floors are stone, giving the house charm and authenticity.
The top floor comprises a small playroom with a Wii corner, a sofa that can also serve as a child's bed, and two further bedrooms.
A master suite has a 160 cm bed, a child's bed, a rocking chair and an en‑suite bathroom (WC and basin).
The final bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm bed and benefits from a lovely view of the Luberon and the garden.
A large storage room on the ground floor allows you to store bikes and luggage; it also provides access to a large freezer and an additional refrigerator.
