In Saint-Malo, we offer you this magnificent 122 m² flat from our Collection range, with a sea view, at the foot of the great sillon beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), with its own garage, it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with showers). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows

Thanks to its location, you can take advantage of the huge beach at the foot of the residence and go for walks, rollerblade rides or bike rides on the sea wall.

Would you like to have a front row seat for the high tides for which Saint-Malo is famous? If so, you'll be able to face the huge breakers comfortably from behind the bay windows. Unforgettable moments!
For the water sports activities of your choice, the Surf School is just 200m away.
When the weather is fine, the sunsets behind the national fort will be waiting for you to take your best photos.
Depending on the moment, kite surfers, windsurfers or surfers will guarantee you a great show.
But if you don't want to do anything and just want to meditate while watching the sea, then this is the place for you!

A mini-market and numerous restaurants are very close to the flat, and the Grand Hôtel des Thermes is just a few hundred metres away.
