Warm and well-appointed, the house is fully equipped and has:
- 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds;
- a shower room ;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a lovely garden and terrace with furniture ;
- and a comfortable lounge area for relaxing after a day's outing.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: Parking, television, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, barbecue, washing machine, fan, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

One of the house's assets is its location. It's close to the sea, and you'll be lucky enough to be able to set off directly on foot for hikes in the magnificent Estérel massif.
For everyday shopping, there's a "Monop" supermarket just a 6-minute drive away.

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see places for which the town is famous, such as :

## Emplacement
Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town as well as a popular seaside resort. The town offers a wide variety of landscapes and activities, divided between the old town, the various ports and the beaches. The city stretches along 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the edge of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water sports such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, walks along the water's edge, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural sites such as the old town, the Romanesque church of Saint-Rafeu, the Basilique Notre-Dame de la Victoire and the Bonaparte Garden.
