With 35 m² of living space and a terrace, it offers the perfect setting for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Facing southeast, it benefits from beautiful natural light throughout the day. The accommodation comprises a living room equipped with a sofa bed for two people, a television, a table, and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub and a washbasin. The kitchenette includes a fridge-freezer, induction hobs, a microwave oven, and a washing machine. You will also have access to a private parking space (number 411) and a bicycle storage area within the residence. The apartment has Wi-Fi access. Pets are not allowed.
