## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the French Riviera. It has also been classified as a city of Art and History. It is originally a Roman city founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus is the site that has the largest French concentration of ancient remains after Arles.
There is also the François Léotard nature base (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer).
