It has been completely refurbished and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features an attractive 20 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 200 m² garden. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A balcony on the first floor and a balcony in one of the bedrooms with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in very pleasant surroundings, with the beach just 200 m away on foot. Nearby you'll find all the shops you need: cafés, bakery, Friday market, crêperie, fishmonger, fashion, ice-cream parlour, restaurants...
Recommendation: "Galettes et fourchette" creperie, "Mon petit pois m'a dit" restaurant, "Ty papo" ice cream parlour.
