About This Property
Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming house for rent, located in Cancale, less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi (fiber optics), with an area of 82 m² and can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room with sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 100 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price, and household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, with double sofa bed for 1 extra person.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate toilet
First floor:
- Two bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds and the other with 1 queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bathroom with bathtub and shower screen,
- Separate toilet
Additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron, bicycles, bluetooth speaker.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 100 m² terraced garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment, less than a kilometer from Cancale beach. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
On the heights of the Port de la Houle, just a stone's throw from the shopping streets, we'll give you the best addresses for tasting oysters and other seafood.
The house is an ideal starting point to Saint-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel, the Côte Sauvage with its most beautiful sandy beaches and hiking trails.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: A St Malo 16 km
- Nearest airport: Rennes 70 km

- Free WiFi available (fiber optics)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the rubbish. A supplement of €50 will be charged if Cocoonr has to do this for you.
- Beds will be made on arrival. Everything will be done to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
