Les Prodains 1 is a recently renovated apartment on the 2nd and last floor (no lift, steep) of a lovely chalet in the heart of Morzine, just 100 meters from tourism office and 400 meters to ESF ski school. It can accommodate up to 6 persons and comprises:

Open living space with fully equipped kitchen, access to the balcony with stunning view on the mountains and slopes
Lounge area with fireplace (wood not provided), sleeping area with one double bed and two high single beds
Shower room with toilet (very low ceiling)
Bedroom with a double bed and TV (low ceiling)

On ground floor: private garage with storage for sport equipment and shoes. Laundry space with washer and tumble dryer, one separate toilet

Wifi, one covered parking space + one uncovered space
Sets of bedsheets and towels provided, end of stay cleaning included
Security deposit and tourist tax to be paid before arrival
