The Cocoonr Agency offers this charming studio apartment with parking space included. Located on the first floor of a small residence without an elevator, it is in the heart of the green area of Pech David. In a very quiet residential environment, it is a short walk from hospitals and the university.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- One double bed (140×190) with some storage space
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A balcony with table, chairs, and deckchair

The apartment has a ceiling fan, which is very welcome on hot days. The laundry room is shared and has a washing machine and dryer.
In the apartment, you will have access to a clothes horse and a steamer.

Transport:
Parking is available at the foot of the residence.
If you do not wish to come by car, you can take the bus (line 34).
