Located on the 4ᵉ floor without elevator, this two-room apartment is composed of:
- a bright living room with sofa bed (for two),
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge),
- a bedroom with double bed (140 x 200 cm),
- a bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron, fan, clothes hangers,
- Wi-Fi.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €22
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: €44

## Neighborhood

Located in the trendy Marais district, you'll be close to the Place de la République (9 minutes' walk), the Canal Saint-Martin (13 minutes' walk), and many other lively streets and iconic Parisian attractions. The vibrant atmosphere of this neighborhood is reflected in the multitude of trendy theaters, cafés and restaurants that surround you. For shopping, the Chatelet-les-Halles shopping center is just 10 minutes away by public transport, and the famous Rue de Rivoli is 15 minutes away by public transport. The Centre Pompidou, Ile de la Cité, Notre-Dame-de-Paris cathedral and Place des Vosges are all within easy reach. The profusion of metro stations and bus stops in the direct proximity of the apartment will give you easy access to all the capital's other monuments (Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Sacré Cœur, etc.).
