Note: there is a railroad across the property. Access via stairs only. Do not touch the watering or electrical system. Children are not to be left alone on the top floor terrace or the yard. There are some outdoors cameras on the property for your safety. Always lock all doors.

Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. There is 1000€ fee if smoke is smelled inside.
Cigarette butts have to disposed of outside in ashtrays and not left on the grounds.
All trash must be taken out to the bin on a regular basis.
An infant will counted as a 6th person. So maximum is total of 6 including infant.
