IN A QUIET ENVIRONMENT AND FACING THE SEA.
Spacious villa of 350 M2 on a plot of 3000 M2 divided into 3 independent houses distributed as follows:
A house reserved for owners with independent access and independent land of 1000 M2.
2 houses not overlooked intended exclusively for rental, each of them having a private terrace and a 2000 M2 park with trees facing the sea for the common use of our 2 rentals.
The first house is located on the left wing of the villa with a private terrace. The house includes: living room, equipped kitchen, cupboard, bathroom, separate WC, a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a cabin bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (here is the Abritel reference 2285708 where you will see the reviews...) .
The second SEA VIEW house (which corresponds to this ad) is intended for 6 people, it is located on the right wing of the villa facing the swimming pool with a private SEA VIEW terrace. The house includes: cathedral living room with equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, a SEA VIEW bedroom with a 140X190 bed, a mezzanine open to the SEA VIEW living room with 2 single 90X190 bunk beds and a 140X190 double bed. Price between €150 and €271 per night depending on the seasons with a minimum of 2 nights outside July and August.
To access the beach, simply cross the small one-way street and go down the stairs overlooking the fine sandy beach. The rocks at low tide allow fishing on foot. You have a view of the Ile de Ré and its bridge lit in the evening, La Rochelle and its port, Fort Boyard, the Ile d’Aix…
Living on site, during the summer period, I ensure the well-being of our guests, I am at their disposal to tell them things to discover on the Island, good restaurants... while remaining discreet and respecting their privacy.
As the Park is common to our two rentals, in the interest of peace and quiet for everyone, animals are not allowed.
